Partner Spotlight: Art Studios Cooperative
Founded in 2013, Art Studios Cooperative is a vibrant cultural hub where professional Central Coast visual artists can work, network, and contribute to the wider community. The Co-operative provides studio spaces for local artists, an affordable gallery for artists from Newcastle to Sydney, and a large fully equipped teaching space for classes and meetings.
The Co-op is a creative hub where the public can engage with professional artists and view a range of art forms, through open studio visits, enrol in a range of unique workshops, purchase quality artworks and attend regular art events.
The Co-op has held over 60 exhibitions in their first three years of operation. The "Small Works Art Prize" is a popular annual exhibition at the end of the year featuring over 200 artworks by local artists; plus other great community exhibitions throughout the year include the work of some of the best artists the Central Coast (and surrounds) has to offer.
